Psychedelic preparation & integration support
I know the sadness that doesn’t lift.
Preparation and integration support for people moving through grief, depression and anxiety. It begins with a free conversation.
Reach out on Signal (opens in a new tab)Maybe you have lost someone, and the grief will not move.
Maybe the sadness arrived slowly and became your weather.
Maybe you have tried talking, medication, time, and discipline, and some of it helped a little, but none of it reached the place where it lives.
And now you are wondering, carefully, whether a psychedelic experience could be part of your way through.
If that is you, you are in the right place.

I have been where you are.
When grief and depression took over my life, I tried everything people suggest. Therapy, medication, time. I have to be honest here, commonly prescribed antidepressants worked for me, enough so I could function again, however they didn’t reach the place the sadness lived. What did was slower and stranger: psychedelic experiences, approached carefully and with support, and the daily work of integration that followed.
Today, after years of teaching breathwork and training in psychedelic-assisted facilitation, I sit with people walking that same dark stretch. I help them prepare honestly, stay safe, and turn what they find into a life again.
My work is non-clinical and unhurried, and it begins with a free conversation. Sometimes the most caring thing I say in it is: not for you now, or not yet.
How we work together
A free conversation
A short call. No commitment, no pressure. We talk about where you are, what you are hoping for, and whether this path makes sense for you. I am careful here, and honest. If it is not right for you, or not right now, I will say so.
Preparation
A deeper session. We look at your history, your intentions, and any medical considerations, together with your doctor where needed. Good preparation is most of the work.
The experience
If your path includes a psychedelic experience, I can be present as a trained, sober, steady support. What I provide is presence, safety and care.
Integration
A week after, we meet again. This is where insight becomes life: practices, conversation, and honest reflection to carry what you found into your days.
Preparation and integration sessions are also available on their own, online, wherever you are.

Non-clinical support from someone with lived experience and dedicated training. Careful screening. Honest conversation. Preparation, presence and integration, online or in person.
This is not
Therapy or medical treatment. I am not a doctor or licensed therapist. I work alongside your existing care, not instead of it. Not a quick fix, and not a recreational high.
Before anything else, get informed.
I wrote a free, plain-language guide for people considering a psychedelic experience for the first time: what preparation really means, what the research says, what questions to ask anyone offering to support you, and how to think about safety and legality where you live.
